Yes, that does help, thank you! This is exactly what happened with me. I guess the only way to keep it from happening is to not get stressed out? I hate this numb feeling, but I especially hate not being able to concentrate on anything. It feels like I am floating along without really knowing what I am doing. I can't stand this feeling.
