I have a habit of twisting strands of hair if I'm just sitting and thinking about something that may make me feel a little bit anxious. And then I create this massive knot that I have to sit brushing out of my hair. Grrr. (yes, this is just a minor irritation but it's important for me to stay grounded and know that I can't always feel such high levels of irritation that I felt a few days ago; feeling a slight tickling of irritation like I do with my hair I guess is okay
