I have never posted before, but I have been active in the chat room. I am getting more comfortable with everyone on here and find that it is a wonderful feeling being able to talk with people who understand.

I do have a question though of something that comes and goes occasionally, especially around my monthly cycle and wonder if anyone else has had this.

I get this breathing thing that I am not sure how to express. I called it shakey breathing, but actually it is like sobbing breathe without the tears. I also feel that I could throw up at any time, I feel the back part of the roof of my mouth tingle some. I can breath, that isn't a problem, it just feels like I may start to hyperventilate. The breathing happens when I take a deep breath in, so it isn't a constant thing, but the nausa is. Has anyone else experienced this?

I did mention it to my Pdoc, and he shook his head yes, but I should have elaborated more on it for my understanding or to make sure he understood what I was saying. I worry about the doc not understanding what I was saying. And I do have an appointment coming up with my family doc, so I will mention it to her as well.

I am just hoping there are others out there like me so I don't feel like I am the only one or that there is something more serious wrong with me!!

Any one out there or can share similiar experience??

Darlene
