No multiplayer. Not too much information as to what's going on just yet. You get called to some disturbance at a mental hospital, loads of dead bodies, then this guy appears doing all supernatural stuff, killing people etc. You black out and you end up in this alternate dimension, still in the hospital but it's all messed up. Kind of like Silent Hill or Resident Evil. It's pretty intense, lots of scary monsters but the way you kill them is quite creative, you have to use the environment as opposed to just a shoot 'em up.

If you're into a bit of a scare then I'd pick it up. Watching it is too intense for me so I doubt I'd be able to play it without crying in the corner!
