Thank you, Liz and Cakeladie. I'll try the ice or heat at the base of my neck and have to stick with the tylenol. That's all I'm allowed with the fibro medicine so it doesn't cause stomach bleeds.
Cakeladie, I'm so sorry you have lupus. 
Liz, your boss sounds like a first class ... I don't know what! Grrr on her. I hope you feel better soon. Dental work just stinks! 
I hope everyone feels better over the weekend. Maybe we can all get some down time and feel refreshed. I have had a most stressful two days and feel tight all over and feverish, although I don't really have much of a temp. Maybe I won't have a migraine in the morning.
