Well Ry937 I am not sure what meds you are on but your doctor is the best one to discuss this with.

The question I would ask is are you in a stable enough place to complete finals successfully? If your answer is yes than why not wait until after finals to try to get your doc change or modify the meds. Better to do that when finals are over unless you can't do finals the way you are or you feel like you are in risky territory.
