The Psych Central Network includes PsychCentral.com, the Psych Central communities (including the Forums at Psych Central and NeuroTalk), the Psych Central Blogs, Psych Central Answers, and other websites that carry the Psych Central designation and are owned by Liviant LLC."

Does this really mean that a random person who clicks on or reads anything on Psychcentral is a member without opening an account, and is subject to the same terms of use as me, an account holder?
