Your benefit will be based on your work and earning history, there is no across the board amount , that would mean someone working minimun wage would receive the same as someone that made double or triple more. What you have paid in over the years plays the main part in what you can expect.

There is no standard amount. You can go to your local Social security office and they can give you a pretty good idea of what you may receive if your awarded disability.

I do know if you are on SSI I think that program caps out at about 770.00 a month...
