you can try "accepting them"
you can try breathing exercises
you can try meditating
you can try hot/cold showers
you can take ADs

but the only effective solution that really takes the edge off and helps you start a new refreshed day is jogging/walking

i have no scientific proof of course but it's a far more effective solution than anything else and i've tried them all in my 15 years of depression
