One can only read certain areas of the forums without an account. No one without an account can post and no one without an account has access to member profiles, pm's or private forums.

The Anonymous accounts that you see are members who asked for their accounts to be deleted. This is how they show up after deletion.

I don't believe that anyone who clicks onto the Psych Central Site is a member, one has to create an account to become a member. But I am not the legal eagle here and probably shouldn't answer this question of yours.
