The exercises in the book are helpful to me. Also working on breathing meditation helps. If sitting. Is painful there is walking meditation. Also 20 minutes is a LONG time for someone just starting with meditation. My The suggested beginning with no more than 3 to 5 minutes to avoid frustration.
