Most diet pills are either illegal ephedra or the Chinese stimulant ma huang, which is essentially ephedra or caffeine or taurine or phenterimine or laxatives, so not only are you likely getting ripped off, which is besides the point, all of these can cause heart arrhythmias, high blood pressure, liver damage etc. An eating disorder is hell. Don't invite one in.
