I am finishing up a masters program this week...I've got three exams and a paper to do/study for before next Monday. I had my first exam today. I studied very hard for it, a lot of effort and I think I did alright. Now, however...
I'm exhausted. Can barely move.
I get caught up in things. Best way I can think of how to put it. For example, last night I was washing my hands. I reached for the towel to dry them before I even turned the water on to wash. It's like complex movements that I do unconsciously are falling apart.
Driving. Driving scares me when I am at my best. Like this, however...coming home from school (I go to school an hour away, so it is a long drive) was frightening. I got confused as to why things were happening, where sounds were coming from-and I panicked a bit.
What can I do to get through this without getting in a serious accident? Not studying as hard is tempting, but I really need to do well on these final exams. If I get more than two Cs, or under a C in any one class, I won't graduate. There are two classes that I really can't afford to mess up the exam in.
I suppose I could ask for an extension on the paper, but I really just want to be done.
I could ask my dad to drive me to school before he goes to work everyday (school is in the same direction but quite a bit further down the expressway) but he wouldn't go for that I don't think.
I know that exercise helps with stress, but I'm too tired to exercise. Seriously, I'm too exhausted to just go for a simple walk around my neighborhood.
Help!
Thanks
