Hi all, Feeling scared isn't much fun. It can be hard to
focus on what exactly is going wrong and what is the next
step to take so your anxiety level's off. something I learnt
was that some old forgotten memory can set off a scary
feeling. Try some relaxation stuff or deep breathing, if
you can not stop those feelings maybe you should seek
professional help. Take care.
