so after my hospitilizations I was always offered iop but I always had to worry about work and rushed back to it
soooooo that didn't work out well as I recently got fired. My question is for ppl who have done iop what was your experience ? Did it help you stabilize more in the long run?
I only see a pdoc , no counselor so I think something like this may be very beneficial to me
