Okay, so, I'm sure a lot of you have probably dealt with this so I'm hoping someone might have some good suggestions because mom's only suggestion is, "Don't use your credit card". She doesn't understand it's not that easy.
I have to have a credit card. I'm a college student and it's the only way I can pay my bills. The problem is that it's so easily accessed for food which is something I'm really bad with. I spend way too much money that I don't have on food and after having gotten my credit card paid off entirely about a few weeks ago... I'm already back up to around $300. Now some of that is actually from expenditures my parents are covering (such as gas for their car) but most of it is simply from buying food and compulsive spending.
Thankfully it's not that much higher because it could be a lot worse.
What are some ways I could potentially try and avoid using my card? Do any of you have ways that work for you?
