When I was working ~ yr ago my co-worker did not like the place we worked at. B/c from what she tole me the supervisor didn't teach or manage workers very well. So what happened was every day she would tell me what made her day really bad and I would try to cheer her up. One day though I had a bad day and was sad and frustrated b/c I got an ear full about something I was never really trained on. So at this point I didn't really like it there.

The thing is this co-worker was very open and willing to talk and spend lunch time with me up until my only bad day. I don't get it I helped her all those other days and she didn't want to help me one day? Or after that? Did she just give up at that point? Was I her only source of hope that for a moment was extinguished? I've had gfs jump ship like that the moment I couldn't focus all on them and needed to help me for a bit. Am I missing something? Girls have guys done this to you or something similar?
