Sometimes, I consider myself to relapse when I start my negative eating behaviors. But really, looking at it as something that just happened to me might be better in the sense that I don’t get so down on myself. Its done, its over, I need to move on and concentrate on being healthy. Of course, by doing that I also need to make sure I don’t minimize what I have done and set myself up to do it again. Kind of a catch 22…
