Hi, Dani!

One thing that seems to work for me when I become overly anxious is to sit down with the Anxiety and Phobia Workbook and read it and do some of the activities in it. It calms me for some reason and helps me to feel that I'm doing something constructive to get better.

Another thing that has helped me is to use a yoga video tape or DVD that I can "yoga" along with in the privacy of my own home. The first time I did it, I actually cried because of the great stress relief.

I understand how it is to not want to eat (or upchucking) because of anxieties. Unfortunately, not eating makes you feel even worse.
