Hi,

I think that if you stop regarding panic attacks as panic attacks, and rather regard them as a feeling or sensation happening inside you mind, you might see it in a different light. It could be bad or good, or neither of the two. By labelling it you are also solidifying everything bad that is being said about it by various people. And this might not help at all.

I think if you could objectify these panic attacks and look at it as a passing sensation, such a feeling happy when someone gives you a gift or feeling bad when your dog dies. Both these feelings appear given a reason and tend to disperse after a while. Therefore maybe if you chose to look at it this way it could help.

Look at it as an 'odd feeling'.. like, "oh wow, what is this weird feeling" and not like "holy **** I'm having a panic attack again"..
Thanks for this!
