Welcome back home. Glad they were able to stabilize your psychosis and suicidality. Hope your depression gets better too.
Have you tried wellbutrin for an antidepressant? I think it's less likely to cause mania. I'm on it now and it got rid of my depression and has even increased my motivation a bit.
