I'm no doc but those sound like anx symptoms to me. Did you mention this to the doc that gave the Paxil? The paxil can be very activating for some. He may decide to add on an anti-anx med or switch the anti-dep. All that being said it could be something completely different. Either way I'd run what you said here by him see what he thinks.
