I fell 30-40 foot from a wall onto concert boulders in a empty dock(i don't remember how i got there or anything) but i landed using my left arm to break my fall, broke my elbow and wrist snapped ligaments and tendons and ripped my muscle to bits, iv had 3 surgery's and now have next to no movement from my elbow down, im lucky to be walking and everything else but my question is...
