Don't suggest breathing exercises. Anytime i change my breathing, my anxiety somehow gets worse. I've tried the breathing thing so many times, and in a lot of ways. I can't take meds, they just mess with my mind and body, and believe me, I've been on a lot of meds. I've heard exercise can help, I'm just not sure how much I have to do, or when I need to do it. Do you guys have any ideas? I've been literally, a word I can't stress enough, having this anxiety attack constantly for 4 years. I'm not exaggerating at all, unfortunately. I need help.
