With the ones I know in real life they sure must be acting something in therapy because I can't imagine them being at work the way they are in real world.
One I babysat for had a cat poop and piss everywhere in the house and she wasn't concerned about it at all (stink). I would come to babysit and would clean because I was just too mortified. She also had birds pooping everywhere in the bedroom on the carpet and overall that family had the worst filth. She was a therapist and he a physician. They also hoarded stuff, including rotten expired food. I threw away rotten stuff few times (afraid their kid would eat it) and she had heart attack.
I imagine they both project themselves as put together in their professional lives. They were nice folks though. Just messed up
