Exercise does wonders for anxiety ime, but im not sure how you are going to do it if you cant change your breathing. I like to run as hard as i can on the treadmill for about two miles or so, and that does it for me
Another thing you could try (and this has a little bit to do with breathing) but hold your breath, curl into a ball, and tense every muscle in your body for 10-15 seconds. Then exhale and slowly release from your toes to your shoulders
