Exactly. We all have them. Even great achievers often have nasty personal faults, but they probably don't dwell on them. Try to give yourself a break. I find meditation helps with anxiety. Also, breathe! And meditation is often all about breathing, so that is part of why it helps. It's relaxing. Precisely what you may need. I used to have anxiety that people called panic attacks, so it is curable over time. People always said to me, "Don't be so hard on yourself." So, I pass that on to you in hopes that it can be something to focus on instead of worrying you're not good enough.
