Your question has a physical, emotional and will part. Physical therapy, emotional therapy and your will and determination to overcome as much as possible the physical limitations you have may be required.

I am shocked that you only lost the left arm. It is a blessing in disguise compared to the other possible outcomes like being paralyzed.
