The simplest answer is just with time/practice but I know myself that is way easier said than done

. In my experience most people are really understanding with this. It's those small percent that get left in the mind and continue the anxiety cycle. For whatever reason they just don't understand or care or both. The only way to break the cycle is to tell yourself that it's okay to be be that way in front of others. If someone says otherwise they're wrong b/c they don't know you or your history
