Hi Ad Intra,
I'd say the fact that you're worrying people
isn't any good reason to stop. Enough with the prioritising how other people may feel, hey??!! Your feelings
matter, and time to put
yourself/how
you feel first!!

But of course we care about you, and it would be good if you were in "a better place", yes??
Sometimes crying can be a "
healthy" way of letting out feelings, sometimes crying can be a natural reaction to............sometimes crying can be
unavoidable, and if you want to talk about some of those feelings, what's going on for you...........we're here for you

And maybe we can offer you a little understanding/support/help...........
So a positive might be to talk when/if you want to............other things (??)...........distractions, trying to change things in your life even slightly (
if you can,
if those are the reasons for the way you're feeling), trying to change your perspective/focus on things ((
if you can,
if those are the reasons for the way you're feeling), focusing on people you can actually share your feelings with, getting help from friends
or professional help, finding other ways to express your feelings e.g. journalling, finding
new things to do in your life e.g. activities, seeking out "positive affirmations"............???
But hey, we're here for you if you want to talk, OK??!!
