It seems to be "just" an effect of having Asperger's. My brain never matured into having a sense of gender (no it doesn't happen to all aspies but seems more common than in normals), so it's just a result of a developmental disorder. Nothing else. It's not a "thing". It's nothing to feel dysphoric about.

I should just suck it up.
