I'm supposed to start that soon hopefully but that sounds like a great idea. I'll have to try adding that to my chart in the meantime. Thank you for the advice

Current meds: lamictal 300mg , saphris 10mg
Chronic complex Migraine meds: floricet, propranolol 120mg, gabapentin 2,400mg a day ( not sure it helps migraines or psych disorders...)
