Congratulations on the almost 3 weeks. That is a good thing. Now you can use your recent episode as a learning tool. Tell you T and then investigate what it was that triggered you so badly this time. I know how it feels having to fess up. I get to do it next week, sigh. But therapists understand the rocky road we are treading and it is their job to help us find the coping skills that will help us in all these different situations. Look at it as a chance to take another step in your learning process.
