Does anyone here keep a dream journal? I'm starting one today because I don't have very good dream recall and want to learn how to lucid dream. Why do you keep one? Is it just to keep track of what you dream, or is it for spiritual/other reasons? Do you believe that what we dream has significant meaning? I'm interested to hear everyone's thoughts about this.
