I had this problem in high school. My senior year, I was so depressed that I was crying all the time, and I couldn't stop it or help it. I'd end up going to the bathroom between classes (and sometimes during classes) and just sob quietly and uncontrollably. I remember being horribly embarrassed when a teacher caught me at it one day and told me I needed to 'get it together'. What a horrible woman she was.
I agree with the others - crying is a necessary and healthy thing to do. I do understand how hard it is when you can't stop. (It's especially hard when you can't communicate at all through the tears because you're hard to understand and all snotty/sniffly.)
Just know that we're here for you, you aren't alone, and we all wish you the best. Hugs.
