Hi All,

I’m interested in ways to upregulate dopamine release within the brain that don’t involve medication.

So far I've come up with:
1. Taking tyrosine supplements and eating tyrosine-rich foods
2. Exercise
3. Meditation
4. Sex
5. Activities that induce a meditation state through gentle, repetitive, intellectually unstimulating activities like walking, ironing, showering, etc
6. Listening to music, especially lively music with a strong beat such as dance tunes
7. Doing art

Does anyone know of any other potent ways to stimulate dopamine release in the brain without taking pharmaceutical medications?
