Lately i've been excessively tired and having headaches so i've checked my blood pressure a few times the last few days and it's been running 106/64 or 107/65.

Tonight, when I started to have the headache again it is 109/59.

I m not an athlete by far. I don t exercise at all and am overweight but not obese. (5 5" and 168 lbs. Literally everyone say that I don t look what I weigh though.)

I know its not extremely low and if I were active I could understand that, but i'm not. Is this on the lower end of normal for a non active overweight person?

Edited to add: I just took it again and it is 97/63
In short, no. Most cardiologists will say, that they'll take it as low as it'll go until you become symptomatic, i.e. dizzy when you stand up, lightheaded, nauseous etc, so as long as you're not having symptoms, you're fine. Try drinking some water, you may be slightly dehydrated. My BP routinely runs in the mid 80's/40's without issue.
