I'm new here and I feel like I'm totally out of control. Part of my day is spent eating healthy and then I lose control and eat as much junk as I can find. I am obsessed with food and I just want to be able to not think about it all of the time. I don't know how I go about doing that. I hope this site with help me figure some things out.
