ok guys well ever since I have had anxiety i get a dry mouth and throat. Thats why when i go out either for a walk or whatever I carry around a bottle of water. But here is my problem I do Karate once a week and almost every time even in just the first 10 minutes I get a dry mouth and throat to the point where i feel like I'm going to choke and die. So what i do is i have to get a bit of saliva and use my tongue and rub it around my mouth, i know sounds weird but if i don't do it I will die.
They only allow us to get drink breaks every now and then but when this dry mouth and throat thing happen i get a little panic attack but i don't go anywhere then we will have to start doing exercise and it makes it even worse lol.
So my question is, is it all in my head? also how do i deal with this?
