A small-sized guy who knows what he's doing is sexier than a guy with a large penis who has no idea, or is incredibly selfish in bed. But it does matter, it increases the pleasure for a lot of women if the man is slightly big (but not too big, for a lot of people that hurts). For me, for instance, I prefer penetration to other kinds of sex (even oral sex, which I honestly feel is a bit overrated...
