I've been doing this all the time recently. Last week I was supposed to have my first doctor's appointment in years, when the admin told me that my appointment was scheduled for the next day I felt almost heartbroken, when I turned around to tell my ride that they had just taken a nearly 3 hour trip for absolutely nothing I couldn't stop myself from crying while everyone in the waiting room stared at me. In the last week, I've also cried about dropping ink pens, tripping over my feet and for tangling my hair in a seatbelt. I haven't been on prescription meds for about 4 years.
