Hmm...I usually don't do anything. Just wallow in it really (well I guess I do listen to music). But my therapist gave me a huge list of things I could do when depressed. It's huge too, there's 176 different things on there that I could do or divert my attention too. From taking a walk or jogging to reading erotica lol.
