I don't know...we're asking someone to take care with how the handle us and letting ourselves be vulnerable. That can be a tall order for a lot of people. Perhaps, that's why t seems that many people drop the ball and turn out to be people we shouldn't have trusted. It seems that once trust is given they just don't know what to do with it.

I'm so sorry that you have to deal with lies. I know how painful that can be. We lie for many reasons I suppose, but good reason or not, it doesn't make it any easier when you're the one being lied too.
