Today has sucked and Im not really sure why.

Ive felt on edge like something bad was going to happen ALL day. I have an inner sense of boredom but too exhausted to do anything. Im wondering if this is just another of many off days Ive had recently or if Im headed down.

I feel worried nonstop about unknown things.
