I was finishing an undergrad degree in pure mathematics and planning on going to graduate school to study Topology. I'm out of school right now, but I'm going to transfer back to one of the agricultural and environmental science programs when I return. I'm not capable of thinking at the level of a mathematician anymore; I can't focus long enough, and the insights aren't there anymore. Plus, I want to do something hands-on. My school has the best ag sci program in the world, so I'll be able to get an excellent job once I manage to finish it. It's the program I was in for two years, so I'm just going back to where I started.
