I can relate too well. I have been fighting those feelings for as long as I can recall ~ and ChipperMonkey is absolutely right.

I wholeheartedly attest to the following: Being with someone doesn't take this self-doubt and low self-esteem away from me. When another woman comes around, my paranoid self studies her (in hopes of self-improvement), and puts myself down further. It is a vicious cycle!

My pDoc recommended a workbook to help me work through things. It's called, "Get Out of Your Mind & Into Your Life" by Stephen Hayes, PH.D. You may want to check it out online, and see what others have to say about it. I find it to be written well. So far, it is easily understandable. Something worth thinking about anyway.
