It's not possible to make any kind of diagnosis here on Psych Central obviously however, I don't know what your age is but if you're in high school, hormone fluctuations often cause mood swings for a lot of people, so keep that in mind if it applies to you. Do you discuss your feelings with anyone? It helps to have an outlet in a trusted friend or family member or a school counselor/psychologist.
