I cry at work all the time and I hate myself for it! It just seems to come over me like a cloud blowing in and all of a sudden I have tears running down my cheeks. I haven't ever been able to control it. I feel like such a baby and I know it makes me look unprofessional, but I can't spend the entire day in the restroom so people won't see me.
