i permantly deleted my facebook a few years ago, best thing i ever did. well 1 of the best things. it was such a breath of fresh air. didnt have to put up with that negative crap on there anymore (political, sex, sexist, all other sorts of bashing, it was just so mentally draining). i know i still have to see this s*** all over the internet but its mostly avoidable. having a daily stream of it was just stupid...
