Yes, each person has to find the best therapy way that they are comfortable with. If I found it easier to talk to someone f2f maybe this would not be an issue. But if someone could help lower my walls to allow my mouth to speak about painful issues this would be so much easier....I think, then suggest not to feel guilty after speaking of these things. Sometimes medications or alcohol makes the tongue loose but afterwards the guilt is so bad, not worth what was said. But yes, do what's comfortable for you by all means. And that may change with time as you feel more comfortable with talking about it. Good luck on your journey.
